Shipping and Returns

Pine Creek Wood Company ships UPS ground to the continental USA. Our online UPS shipping calculator will provide shipping costs during the checkout process before payment.  Our new web store shipping calculator can combine boards under and over 48” long together into one package.  If the calculator shows that the order will be shipped in two packages, we may be able to combine the order and save on shipping.  We will refund the difference to your credit card.

For Alaska, Hawaii, foreign, motor freight or to combine shipping of boards you can also request a shipping quote using the contact form and supplying your zip code and the number from the boards you are interested in. We will then find the cheapest shipping method and e-mail a PayPal invoice, that you can pay online.

We stand behind every board we sell. Every attempt is made to provide an accurate description of each unique board. If you have a concern with a board, please contact us before returning.
